With over 22 years of experience in relationship building, partnerships, and client management, Tracy started her career in the insurance industry in 2014 where she found true purpose in her work. She became dedicated to giving people the opportunity to financially protect themselves and their loved ones. After 6 years, she founded her own agency helping employers and HR professionals cut through the chaos in the benefits marketplace and develop a plan that provides value and peace of mind for employees and their families. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family doing all things adventurous such as hiking, biking, CrossFit, and traveling.

Deb Ferrao has spent 25+ years in careers that focus on building relationships, developing trust, and establishing financial plans.  Deb has been in this industry since 2017 and absolutely loves what she does.  She partners business owners and HR representatives to develop plans to provide employees with protection for their financial well-being, with a focus on communication and education of these benefits.  In her spare time, Deb loves to cook, enjoy wine, entertain, and spend time outdoors.  She also spends countless hours on fields and courts cheering for her three children in all of their sporting activities.

Brittany is an Agency Development Manager with Colonial Life and a certified life coach. A proud mom of two she helps businesses protect employees through voluntary benefits while empowering individuals to grow in confidence. At home, she finds joy in inspiring her daughters and creating meaningful time together.

Brenda Canning

Brenda Canning ventured into the insurance industry in 2012. She is licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurances. As the Team Coordinator, she is responsible for the enrollment process, software tools, training, and reporting. Supporting agents, clients, and insureds feeds her soul on a daily basis. She is enjoying the most satisfying career of her life. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys time with her husband and son, volunteering with the United Way and Central MN Wildlife Rehabilitation, and getting outdoors as much as possible.

Rachel Gaetz

Rachel is a cheerful and quintessentially midwestern Agency Sales Representative who truly enjoys building relationships with local business owners and helping them to grow and thrive.  She finds it meaningful and fulfilling to assist companies in implementing benefit packages that can truly make a difference in their employees' day-to-day lives as well as provide relief during times of unexpected stress and struggle. Rachel is also a mom of four kids who manages chaos and unexpected happenings daily. She also enjoys reading, cooking, playing piano, arranging flowers, hand-writing thank-you notes, and pursuing portrait photography in any windows of time she can find.
